I got some news awhile. I'll cut right to the chase, We got Approved for a House! this is a very high milestone and I never thought it would happen and with me hitting 40 years old next month I'm so glad it did . the Only problem that I'm facing is that I have to come up with $7500 by May 20th for the Down Payment. so expect to see lots of YCH's More Gumroad exclusives. Bust chart postings. and Streaming Commissions for the next few weeks ^_^; gonna be a VERY Busy Beaver.
